Physicians might need to adopt a two-dose vaccine schedule for measles to succeed in eliminating measles from the United States, according to Neal A. Halsey, M.D., FAAP. Dr. Halsey, associate professor and director of the Disease Control Division in the Department of International Health at Johns Hopkins University, will discuss "Measles Vaccination: Do We Need Two Doses?" at the AAP Continuing Medical Education (CME) course "Advances in Pediatrics III." The course will take place May 21-23 at Hilton Head Island, S.C.
