Changes in the administration of many vaccines, including Haemophilus b Polysaccharide Vaccine, will be among the subjects examined at the AAP Continuing Medical Education (CME) course Feb. 4-6 in San Diego. The seminar, taught by Philip A. Brunell, M.D., FAAP, will also review the prevention and treatment of lower respiratory tract infections and immunizations for whooping cough, measles and mumps. Dr. Brunell is the division head of infectious diseases and associate director of academic affairs in pediatrics at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
