Fund frozen pending study

Grants awarded through the Memorial and Endowment Fund for Children have been frozen by the AAP Executive Board pending a study of the program's activity during the past five years.

Concerned that grants were being funded at a rate which exceeded the rate of donations, board members agreed to freeze the fund to prevent it from being exhausted.
