Warm-up helps asthmatics exercise

Warming up before exercising can reduce the severity of exercise-induced asthma, according to French researchers who conducted two studies.

In the first study, 16 children with post-exercise asthma ran as fast as they could for up to seven minutes. Their time and distance were recorded.
