AAP publications, web site win national honors

AAP publications

Two Academy publications were winners in the APEX '97 Ninth Annual Awards for Publication Excellence competition.

The 1995 AAP Annual Report, edited by Nancy Peterson, director of member communications, won an APEX Award of Excellence in the Annual Report (overall) category.

AAP News Associate Editor Luann Zanzola received an APEX Award of Excellence in the feature writing category for the article, "AAP Vermont Chapter Aids Hard-Hit Russians," which appeared in the July 1996 issue.
