Children's issues emphasized as reform debate ends: AAP leaders prepare strategy for next Congress

This year's debate over federal health care reform legislation officially ended Sept. 26, but not before insurance coverage for children and pregnant women gained more prominence as a future alternative or incremental step to comprehensive reform.
