AAP President Robert J. Haggerty, M.D., recently contacted the presidents of the three national television networks expressing his disappointment with their decision to ban a public service campaign on unintended pregnancies developed by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). "The incidence of unintended pregnancies in the United States is higher than that of any other developed nation in the world," Dr. Haggerty started.
