CME course will provide review and update on varied topics

Physicians will receive a review and update in management of specific pediatric problems at "Advances in Pediatrics I," can AAP Continuing Medical Education course set for Oct. 3-5 in New Orleans.

Five specialty topics — hematology, newborns, neurology, allergy and infectious diseases — will be covered during lectures and workshops at the three-day session.

Head injuries discussed

Peter Berman, M.D., FAAP, will discuss head injuries in a lecture titled "Dings, Dongs and Steamrollers: Head Trauma in Children" on Oct. 3.
