Carrie Worcester, M.D., FAAP, doesn't hesitate in pinpointing the toughest moment she has faced in caring for the Frustaci septuplets, born last May in Orange, Calif. "When the two babies died," she told AAP News, referring to the deaths, three days apart in early June, of James Martin and Bonnie Marie Frustaci. The earlier death of the tiniest baby, David Anthony, had been expected. One baby, Christina Elizabeth, had been still-born. The three surviving septuplets remain in good condition at Children's Hospital of Orange County.
