New travel arrangements set

A new airline reservation method, designed to provide Academy members with immediate flight and fare confirmation, will be used for the 1985 Annual Meeting in San Antonio and all subsequent scientific meetings.

Members are asked to telephone (800) 621-1083 to arrange air travel. Members in Hawaii and Illinois should telephone (312) 645-1030. The number is listed on meeting registration materials, which will be mailed to members by next month. The materials also include separate hotel and course registration forms, which should be completed and returned to the International Travel Service. squf
