AAP dues increased to cover costs of expanded activties

Dues for voting Fellows will increase by $25 in the 1985-86 fiscal year, the Executive Board agreed at its spring meeting.

The increase, to $250, will be the first hike voting members have seen in their dues bills since 1983-84, when the charge for Fellows and Specialty Fellows increased to the current $225 rate.

Dues also will increase by $5 for Junior Fellows. Juniors still in training will receive a $45 bill, those who left training one year ago will be charged $60, and those who completed training two years ago will be assessed $75. Dues for Corresponding members will increase $20, to $80 for those with Pediatrics subscriptions and to $50 for those who do not receive the journal.
